Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any MarketPath Consulting program or service.

This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, and programs offered by MarketPath Consulting FZ-C.L.L. By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or participating in any program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Due to the nature of our services โ€” which are personalised, discretionary, and delivered digitally โ€” the majority of our products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has commenced.

No Refunds

Access to the full system โ€” dashboard, AI feedback, weekly guidance and risk tools โ€” is granted immediately upon payment. Due to this instant access, all membership payments are final and non-refundable.

A refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no coaching session has been scheduled or held and no program materials have been shared. After this window, all payments are final.

No Refunds

Program materials and coaching access begin immediately upon purchase. No refunds are issued regardless of prop firm evaluation outcomes, challenge results, or funded account performance.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your MPC Membership subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

  • Cancellation stops future billing โ€” your current period will not be renewed
  • No refunds are issued for payments already processed
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You are responsible for managing your own subscription
No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • After any coaching session has taken place
  • After dashboard, membership, or program content has been accessed
  • Based on trading results, market performance, or account outcomes
  • Change of mind beyond the 24-hour window
  • Prop firm evaluation pass or fail outcomes
  • Dissatisfaction with market conditions or trading performance
Exceptions
A refund will be considered in the case of a duplicate payment caused by a technical processing error. Any such request must be submitted in writing to contact@marketpathconsulting.com and must include evidence of the duplicate charge. All exception requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of MarketPath Consulting.
Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from MarketPath Consulting, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider without first contacting us directly to resolve the matter. Attempting to dispute a legitimate payment may result in suspension of platform access and further action to recover outstanding balances.
Governing Law

This Refund Policy and all transactions with MarketPath Consulting are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

By using our website or purchasing any service from MarketPath Consulting, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy, agree not to request refunds outside of the terms stated above, and agree to comply with this policy fully.
