7. No Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. All disputes must be resolved directly with MarketPath Consulting. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You agree not to share, resell, or give access to your account or paid materials.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, systems, lessons, strategies, mentorship material, documents, videos, brand assets, frameworks, and tools are the exclusive intellectual property of MarketPath Consulting.

• Teaching or selling our content as your own

We enforce intellectual property violations legally.

10. AI & Content Protection

You agree that you will not use AI tools, bots, scraping systems or automation (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek or similar) to copy, reproduce or extract our content in any form. Violation will result in legal action and permanent account termination.

12. Prop Firm Liability

MarketPath Consulting is not affiliated with any prop firm. We are not responsible for:

• Funding challenge outcomes
• Prop firm rule enforcement
• Account terminations
• Withdrawals or payouts

All prop firm participation is your responsibility.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPath Consulting is not liable for:

• Financial loss or lost capital
• Emotional or psychological stress
• Business or career losses
• Third-party platform issues
• Market volatility or broker failures

You use our services at your own risk.

14. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund for:

• Abusive behavior
• Dishonesty or fraud
• Chargeback attempts
• Content theft
• Violation of these Terms
