MarketPath Consulting ("we," "us," "our") is a trading education company registered in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled when you use our website, message our WhatsApp Coach, submit a form (including our advertising lead forms on Meta/Instagram/Facebook), or purchase any of our programs.
Information We Collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, and email address when you submit a form, message us on WhatsApp, or sign up for a program.
- Qualifying information — answers you provide in our forms, such as your trading experience level, so we can give you relevant guidance.
- Coaching activity — your messages, progress, and trade reviews within the WhatsApp Coach, used to personalise your coaching session.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
- Website usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, browser type, general location) collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the WhatsApp Coach, 1-on-1 mentorship, or PropFirm program you've signed up for.
- To contact you by phone call, WhatsApp message, SMS, or email about our services — including following up on a form you submitted through our website or our advertising.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To improve our content, website, and coaching system.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a UAE-registered company.
How We Share Information
- Stripe processes all payments on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards.
- WhatsApp / messaging infrastructure providers are used to deliver your coaching messages.
- Internal tools used by our team to manage your coaching progress and support requests do not sell or share your data with outside parties.
- AvaTrade is an independent, separately regulated broker. We do not share your personal information with AvaTrade. If you open a trading account with them, that relationship and any data you provide is governed entirely by AvaTrade's own privacy policy, separate from ours. We may receive limited, non-personal confirmation that a referred account was opened, solely for affiliate-tracking purposes.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties, ever.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you're an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing contact@marketpathconsulting.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
