1. Who We Are

MarketPath Consulting FZ-C.L.L is a trading education company registered in Dubai, UAE, located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older who are legally permitted to access trading education and brokerage services in their country of residence. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Services

• WhatsApp Coach — a monthly subscription ($49/month, cancel anytime) providing 24/7 AI trading coaching on WhatsApp, a trading dashboard, and a structured trading academy.
• 1-on-1 Program — a private mentorship program, application-based, tailored to the individual client.
• PropFirm Preparation — a program designed to help traders prepare for proprietary trading firm evaluations.
• AvaTrade Free Month Offer — clients who open a live account with our partner broker AvaTrade and fund it with a minimum deposit may receive their first month of the WhatsApp Coach free, at our discretion, once the account opening is confirmed with AvaTrade. This offer relates only to our own coaching service; it does not constitute any guarantee, endorsement, or representation about AvaTrade's products or services.

4. Educational Purpose Only

All content, coaching, and communications provided through our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or trading signals. Nothing we provide should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. See our Risk Disclaimer for further detail.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• The WhatsApp Coach subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges afterward.
• Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• 1-on-1 Program and PropFirm Preparation pricing, terms, and any refund conditions are confirmed individually at the time of enrolment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, including by attempting to resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our coaching content or curriculum, impersonating our team, or using abusive or harassing language toward our staff or systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, coaching material, branding, and the structure of our coaching and academy system are the intellectual property of MarketPath Consulting. You may use this content for your own personal learning; you may not copy, resell, or distribute it without our written permission.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific trading outcome, profit, or level of skill as a result of using our Services. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical or guaranteed results. Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

AvaTrade and any other broker, payment processor, or third-party platform referenced on our website or used to deliver our Services (such as Stripe or WhatsApp) operate under their own independent terms and policies. MarketPath Consulting is not responsible for the performance, conduct, availability, or policies of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPath Consulting and its team are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services, our website, or any third-party platform we refer you to. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these terms, including for non-payment or misuse. You may stop using our Services at any time by cancelling your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
