These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, digital products, educational content, and consulting services provided by MarketPath Consulting FZ-C.L.L, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under UAE commercial law.

By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You are using our services voluntarily and for lawful purposes only
• You are not accessing our services for illegal or malicious purposes
• You understand the risks associated with financial markets and trading activities

All information, tools, content, sessions, and materials are provided for educational purposes only. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes. MarketPath Consulting does not manage client funds, execute trades, or provide discretionary trading services.

MarketPath Consulting offers the following services, subject to availability and change without notice:

• MPC Membership — subscription-based educational platform and performance system
• 1-on-1 Coaching Programs — private consulting sessions (Foundation, Coach, Elite tiers)
• PropFirm Evaluation Coaching — structured preparation for funded account programs
• Free Academy — access to educational content via AvaTrade partnership
• Performance Dashboard, AI Feedback Tools, and trading frameworks
• Weekly market analysis and educational commentary

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

All payments must be made in full at checkout. By purchasing any service, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. All payments are final and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your account or by contacting us directly.

All prices are displayed in USD. MarketPath Consulting reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected mid-cycle.

MarketPath Consulting operates under a strict refund policy. Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for program-specific terms.

A 24-hour refund window applies to 1-on-1 Coaching purchases only, provided no session has been held and no materials have been shared. Membership and PropFirm Program payments are non-refundable upon purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share, resell, or give access to your account or paid materials with any third party.

Any breach of account security should be reported to us immediately at contact@marketpathconsulting.com. MarketPath Consulting is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All content, systems, lessons, strategies, coaching materials, documents, videos, brand assets, frameworks, tools, and intellectual property associated with MarketPath Consulting are the exclusive property of MarketPath Consulting FZ-C.L.L and are protected under UAE and international intellectual property law.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any MPC content
• Copying, editing, recording, or publishing our material without written permission
• Teaching or selling our content as your own
• Using our systems commercially without prior written authorisation

We enforce intellectual property violations. Breaches may result in legal action and permanent account termination without refund.

You agree that you will not use AI tools, bots, scraping systems, or any automated technology (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, or similar) to copy, reproduce, extract, or replicate our content in any form.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Trading financial markets involves significant risk. We do not guarantee profits or funding success. You accept full responsibility for your trading results and all financial decisions made based on any content or guidance provided by MarketPath Consulting.

MarketPath Consulting is not affiliated with any prop firm or funded account provider. We are not responsible for:

• Funding challenge outcomes or evaluation results
• Prop firm rule enforcement or account terminations
• Withdrawals, payouts, or account performance
• Changes to prop firm terms, rules, or operations

All prop firm participation is undertaken at your own risk and responsibility.

MarketPath Consulting works in association with AvaTrade, an independent third-party broker regulated in multiple jurisdictions including the UAE (ADGM). Any trading account opened with AvaTrade is held directly with AvaTrade — not with MarketPath Consulting.

MarketPath Consulting does not hold, manage, or have access to client funds. AvaTrade's own terms, conditions, and risk disclosures apply independently to all accounts held with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MarketPath Consulting FZ-C.L.L and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss arising from:

• Financial loss or lost capital from trading activity
• Emotional or psychological stress related to trading
• Business or career losses
• Third-party platform issues or prop firm decisions
• Market volatility, broker failures, or technology outages

You use our services entirely at your own risk.

MarketPath Consulting reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without refund for any of the following:

• Abusive, threatening, or dishonest behaviour toward our team
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Unauthorised chargeback attempts
• Content theft or intellectual property violations
• Sharing account access with third parties
• Violation of any clause within these Terms

Your personal data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver our services.

MarketPath Consulting may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
